High Performance Training

Oman Rugby is developing its high performance squad training sessions. Regular sessions are planned to give the team opportunity to develop as a whole. These sessions give players training in order to better themselves and the team philosophy. Some sessions are Thursday only, some are planned for Thursday evening and then a follow up session on the Friday morning - pkease check the dates to ensure you are aware of what each session is planned.
