High Performance Training 2024/2025

Oman Rugby is developing its high performance squad training sessions. Regular sessions are planned to give the community the opportunity to develop as a whole. These sessions give players training in order to better themselves and the team philosophy. Some sessions are Thursday only, some are planned for Thursday evening and then a follow up session on the Friday morning - please check the dates to ensure you are aware of what each session is planned.

Sessions are by invite only by the high performance staff. If you are interested in attending please discuss with your club coaches to determine if this is the next step for you.

These sessions are open to men & women and will be trained as mixed, these sessions will be physically demanding. Ages 15 and older are eligible.
